"Budgeting for life, not just for school." Our short, intensive sprints cover income planning, tax basics, and the first project budget, taught by women already leading in finance and tech.
Peer-to-Peer Leadership
Students lead one another. Peer coaches who completed the program return as mentors, compounding our impact and modelling that resilience can be learned.
Connecting Generations Forward
Through cross-generational mentorship pairings, retired professionals coach today's students, who in turn coach younger learners. The result is a continuous chain of guidance that strengthens entire families.
